Cub Scout Pack 516
About Us
Since 1975, Pack 516 has delivered the Cub Scout program promoting life skills and instilling the importance of character, teamwork and leadership.
Our charter organization is the CARE Church in Richardson, Texas. We are a family pack that is comprised of both boy and girl dens. Our members come primarily from Richardson ISD schools Yale Elementary, Math Science Technology Magnet and Terrace Elementary.
Scouts take part in Adventures that help them learn about new topics and activities. They receive awards for completing these adventures; when they've completed the required number of adventures and fulfilled a few other requirements, they'll earn their rank for that year.
Scouting is a family activity. Parents and/or other adults in a Scout's family take an active role in a Scout's journey by participating in adventures with them, providing them with the tools they need and even as trained leaders at the Den and Pack levels.
